As noted on our website terms regarding Refunds and Exchanges, all sales are final. We are not able to cancel or refund any orders or items on your order.
If you have accidentally added too many items to your cart, please email order@shopfanexpo.com right away, including your order number, to see if the order can be modified before it has shipped. Some orders may ship the same day, so please contact us right away if you note an error on your order. Any modifications to an order must be approved by our merchandise manager. We will not be able to modify any orders that have already shipped.
Also note that we are not able to combine shipping on multiple orders, or add items to an existing order. You can find more information HERE.
