Please try the following trouble-shooting tips when placing an order or creating an account:

If you are a new customer, may help to register your account before trying to make the purchase, rather than as part of the purchase process. Visit the page below to create an account first:

After registering your account, you can then go back to your cart and check out as a returning customer.
- Make sure that you have selected the correct country before attempting to check out. Note that we can only ship to customers in Canada or the United States. We are not able to ship to any other countries.
On a computer: the country will appear at the top right and you can click the country icon to change it.
On a phone: click the hamburger menu at the top left, then click the country icon to change it.
- Type in your information manually and do not use autofill for your email or address, as sometimes autofill can add extra hidden characters that can create problems when trying to check out or create an account.
- For US zip codes, you may be required to use the full 7 + 4 zip code number. If you are not sure how to find your full zip code, please click HERE.
- Be sure to double check that any required check-boxes have been marked.
- Try using a different browser or device.
