If there was a problem with your order, please contact us at info@shopfanexpo.com and we’ll do our best to make it right for you. We just ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include your order number, as well as any photos of the issue, if applicable.
Issues will be reviewed by our merchandise manager on a case-by-case basis, and we will provide you with next steps once he has had a chance to review your concerns. Please note, for any authorized returns or exchanges on defective or damaged items, if return of the damaged item is required, we are not able to provide a return shipping label or cover return shipping costs.
