For orders to addresses within Canada, starting December 12, 2024, we may use alternate shipping service, such as DHL or FedEx, during the postal strike. Orders placed prior to December 12 that were temporarily held during the early days of the strike will start being shipped out the week of December 12, 2024.
The postal strike ended on December 17, 2024, and Canadian orders are now shipping via Canada Post.
Orders to US addresses are not affected by the strike and will continue to be shipped via USPS.
